Design is such a fun process we can actually prolong it for 2 years now and it will still be fun. But we re-arranged our time table to understand that the design should be the first thing we need to complete so we are now oriented towards decisions.
We agreed that cactus is the best idea in terms of
a. branding - there is a cactus trend now that we want to be a part of as well as it's more unisex, improving hypothetical marketing for males
b. user testing conclusions - the cactus can be more neutral in its negative feedback, we hope to reach a design that will be negative when the family members are not connecting
c. Integration with home design - We read how important it is for people to purchase new objects that will work with the currant design they have. After Interviewing some of them we can really see how important it is.
A cactus can combine all of these concepts.
Now we see how many small buy important decisions we need to take:
Should there be several cactay or only one, how will it communicate the connection level to the user.. there is so much work before us.
