Prototyping

A new semester begins and we are now welcoming two new team members to our team J

Shani and Yael have joined us from the Seminar Ha’Kibutzim Uni. to help us with the design aspects of Blossom.

We are now asked to present a new prototype every two weeks. We began by trying to understand whether the flower does rises the motivation to meet or engage in phone conversations.

To check that we designed a very simple paper prototype that can be manually open or close. We placed the flower within one of the group’s members that was traveling abroad.

The traveling member did not carry the flower with him. He did not initiate contact at all and a reciprocal process didn’t occur. We understood that to check the product and for it to be useful we need to place two flowers. One at the nuclear family and on at the other family member we made one more paper flower and started to observe the effects

One more thing

After making the paper prototype we understood we could have done it a lone time age. We could have had so much data from our users! But it’s part of our learning curve.
